Which size should I choose?
You'll find a size guide on every product page. Unsure between two sizes? Go for the larger one for a comfortable fit.
What are your pieces made of?
We use carefully selected, high-quality materials chosen for comfort, durability and everyday wear. You'll find the exact materials on each product page.
How do I care for my jewelry?
With normal care, our pieces keep their shape, color and finish. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion and water where possible, and store each piece separately.
When will my order ship?
Order before 10 PM on a workday and we begin processing the same day. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery takes 6 to 9 business days. In total, expect your order within roughly 7 to 13 business days of placing it.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a track & trace link by email. You can also check the status under the Order & shipping tab.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your item. Returns must be new and unused, with the original packaging.
How do I exchange for a different size or style?
Start a return for your current item and place a new order for the size or style you'd like. That's the fastest way to get your new piece.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact and Apple Pay or Google Pay, among others.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the field provided. The discount is applied instantly.
My item arrived damaged, what now?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us within 48 hours of receipt at care@diamondsty.com with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label, and we'll sort it out quickly.

Enter your order number and email address to check the status of your order. Orders placed before 10 PM on a workday are processed the same day. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace link by email.

Shipping is €4.95 on orders under €50, and free on all orders over €50.
Where we ship
We ship across the EU. If your country appears at checkout, we're happy to deliver there. Delivery times may vary due to carrier arrangements or the accessibility of your address.
30-day returns, no hassle
We're confident you'll love your order, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days to return your item. Returns must be new and unused, with the original packaging.
Legal right of withdrawal
Under EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you received the product. You can use the form below, or send us the model withdrawal form at care@diamondsty.com.
How it works
Fill in the form below to request your withdrawal or return. We'll email you the instructions and a return label. Once we've received and checked your parcel, we'll refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Return costs
The cost of returning your order is your own responsibility. We do this deliberately: by limiting unnecessary transport, we keep our impact on the environment as small as possible. Thank you for helping us shop more consciously.
